This course, Introduction to Microsoft Outlook 2000, is a hands-on introduction to the tools and utilities available from within Outlook. Prerequisites for the course are a general understanding of basic personal computer operations and a general familiarity with Windows, including file management skills and using a mouse. No other knowledge of Outlook is required.
